OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

  In line with the job descriptions of the open positions, the CVs of the applicants will be examined and the first interview with the suitable candidates will be held by phone.

  Candidates who are suitable for the position to be taken as a result of telephone interviews are invited to our company for a face-to-face interview with our Human Resources Department for a second interview.

  In the interview to be held with our Human Resources Department, the criteria that we are looking for in our colleagues mentioned above are examined and also information is given about the working principle of our company and the work that the candidate will do.

  At the final stage, upon acceptance of the candidates suitable for the vacant position, the candidates are sent a list of documents required to be submitted as per the legal obligation for the recruitment process.

  Candidates who are not deemed suitable for the open position as a result of the evaluations are informed by e-mail or telephone. The CV and application information of all candidates are kept in our application pool for one year to be evaluated for new vacancies within the confidentiality principle.

  Colleagues who successfully complete the recruitment process and are given the decision to start work are subjected to an orientation program specific to the departments they start working in. Thanks to this program, our colleague gets rid of his/her prejudices in our company, focuses on his/her work regularly in our warm and friendly working environment, trusts our workplace and quickly adapts to our company.
